🔥 Experienced Cook / Grill Chef Wanted – Full-Time, Permanent 🔥
Red Star Burgers is on the hunt for an experienced Cook or Grill Chef who knows their way around a grill and can flip a mean burger (or two!). If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in your prep and presentation, and can keep things tidy and efficient even during the rush – we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
Proven grill experience and solid kitchen skills
Ability to lead a team throughout a shift
Great time management and the ability to stay cool under pressure
A team player who communicates well and gets stuck in wherever needed
Clean, organised, and reliable
Flexibility to handle various kitchen tasks
Someone who can commit for the longer term not just a season

Our full-time crew usually work a 4 on / 3 off roster.
Shifts vary from 11am, 2.30pm or 5pm starts, through to 9.30 / 10pm finishes, leaving plenty of time for activities.
Remuneration is based on experience and level of responsibility, which will increase over time. Our whole team shares a cut of the store turnover on top of their hourly rate, plus we have targeted bonuses for our management crew.
